Your 10 most recent saved listings are available via the menu.

COMPARE LISTINGS allows you to select multiple properties from your search results for a side by side comparison of location, features, price, etc. This handy "report" allows you to quickly evaluate potential properties on a single screen, and allows you to save those listings you wish to keep in one single step...a very effective method for those homebuyers, or agents, searching a broad range of properties.

SAVE THIS SEARCH allows you to save a specific set of search criteria to your Saved Search Criteria folder. This way, if your search returns several hundred homes, you don't have to worry about looking through all of them at once. You can save the search criteria, and simply run it at your convenience from your Saved Search Criteria folder. You can save as many custom searches as you wish, the last 10 of which are available on the menu.

NEW LISTINGS EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE is a powerful feature for the on demand shopper. This service allows you to "subscribe" to one or all of your Saved Search Criteria. What does this mean?

Well, put simply, as new homes matching your search criteria are put on the market, you will be notified of their availability by email...automatically. This means that you will know of new listings for sale before most publications can print them...which gives you an advantage over other home shoppers...especially those that do not use this service. Best of all...it's completely flexible:

• You can make your searches as specific (or as general) as you wish.
• You can subscribe to all of your saved search criteria or only a select few.
• You can opt to receive emails either daily or weekly.
• You can use the on-demand feature to have the results of your saved search emailed to you instantly. (requires logging into your account and clicking the "Email me these results NOW" button.)
• You can unsubscribe at any time, either from one, a few, or all of your saved search criteria.

To access the saved listings, saved search criteria, and email subscriptions, make sure that you have signed in. (Use the Sign-In box to sign in.)

Once you have signed in successfully, a menu of options will be displayed where the Sign In box was located. You'll have the option to 'Edit Your Profile', go to 'Your Saved Listings', go to 'Your Saved Searches', as well as see a list of the last 7 listings you saved to your Saved Listings folder. As this service expands and new features become available, they will appear automatically in this menu.
